We all know how gluttonous children are, surprise them with these mouthwatering healthy recipes. Whether it's lunch, dinner or snack, it will take you a few minutes to prepare these dishes and I would definitely leave you speechless!
Honey pear compote
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 600 g of compote:
- 450 g of peeled ripe pears ü 150 g of honey
- 15 g of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1. Cut the pears into small pieces. Place the pears, honey, lemon juice and starch in a microwave-safe container and mix well. Close with a lid, insert the container in the oven in the center of the turntable and activate the preset recipe Sweets → Fruit compote (600 g).
2. Stir with the acoustic signal, put back in the oven and press Start to continue cooking. When cooked, allow to cool for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the compote into the glass of the immersion blender and blend completely with the blender. Divide the compote into glass jars.
4. To sterilize the compote put the jars in the oven directly on the turntable and start the Micro function for 1 minute at maximum power. Remove the jars, close them with the lid, turn them upside down and allow to cool.
Natural berry and vanilla yogurt
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 8 jars (150 ml each):
- 250 g of mixed berries
- 1 vanilla bean
- 750 ml of fresh whole milk
- 150 g of natural yogurt
- 40 g of honey
- q.s. of fresh mixed berries (for garnish)
1. Place the berries in a microwave-safe container and close with a lid. Insert the container in the oven in the center of the turntable and cook with the Micro function for 2 minutes at maximum power. Leave to cool.
2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, remove the seeds inside and pour them together with the milk into a large container suitable for use in the microwave. Activate the preset recipe Healthy → Natural Yogurt.
3. At the acoustic signal, remove the container from the oven and check that the milk is warm. Add 150 g of natural yogurt at room temperature and mix well, also add the berries, honey and mix again. Divide the mixture into 8 jars or glasses (in glass or ceramic). Cover the cans with microwave cling film and place them directly on the turntable. Press Start to continue cooking.
4. At the end of the program, leave the jars in the closed microwave for 6 hours. Then store at room temperature for 6 hours before consumption. Keep in the fridge.
5. Before serving garnish the yogurt with the berries.
Cinnamon porridge with apple and almonds
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients for 1 person / 1 medium cup:
- 120 ml of oat milk
- 120 ml of water
- 40 g of small oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of whole grain salt
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of almond grains
1. Put the oat milk, water, oat flakes, cinnamon, salt in a microwave-safe container, mix and close with a lid.
2. Insert the container into the oven in the center of the turntable. Activate the preset recipe Healthy → Porridge. At the acoustic signal, mix and press Start to continue cooking. When cooked, allow to rest for 1 minute.
3. Peel and cut an apple into small pieces. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice to the porridge and mix, also add the cut apple and sprinkle with the almond grains.
Wholemeal pancakes in cup with blueberries
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people / 2 medium cups:
- 1 egg
- 25 g of maple syrup (+ 2 spoons for the garnish)
- 30 g of yogurt
- 40 g of whole wheat flour
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of whole grain salt
- 20 g of corn seed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries (for garnish)
1. Put the maple syrup, the egg in a bowl and whisk well. Add the yogurt, flour, vanilla, salt, oil and whisk again. Also add the sifted yeast and mix.
2. Pour the mixture into the cups and place them in the microwave directly on the turntable. Cook at maximum power with the Micro function for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Leave to rest in the closed oven for 2 minutes.
3. Garnish with blueberries and maple syrup.
Hazelnut & chocolate mug cake
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people / 2 medium cups:
- 50 g of 80% dark chocolate
- 20 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 70 ml of oat milk
- 30 g of brown sugar
- 50 g of corn starch
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of whole grain salt
- 20 ml of corn seed oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts
1. Melt 40 g of dark chocolate in a small bowl using the Micro function for 1 minute at maximum power. Mix and allow to cool.
2. Pour the hazelnuts, oat milk, sugar into the glass of the blender and whisk completely. Pour everything into a bowl, add the sifted corn starch, the egg yolk, the melted chocolate, the vanilla powder and mix well with a whisk. Also add the sifted yeast and mix again.
3. Apart from whipping the egg white with a pinch of salt.
4. Combine the two compounds with a spatula, mixing gently from top to bottom.
5. Pour the mixture into the 2 cups and distribute the chopped hazelnuts. Insert in
microwave and cook at maximum power with the Micro function for 1 minute and 40 minutes
seconds. Leave to rest in the closed oven for 2 minutes.
6. Garnish the mug cake with the chopped hazelnuts and the remaining dark chocolate a
flakes.
